ABOUT ME
I’m Jeni Meiri, Founder and CEO of Elevate & Align Partners. I partner with people-first organizations to navigate change, strengthen culture, and build the leadership and operating systems required for long-term success.
I spent more than 15 years at Bank of America, ultimately serving as a Senior Vice President, leading complex strategic initiatives with mid-market to Fortune 500 clients. After earning my MBA from the Kelley School of Business, I shifted into independent consulting and advisory.
Today, I work with executives and leadership teams on organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, and future-of-work challenges, including people-first AI adoption. I also coach individuals navigating career and personal transitions. My style is grounded and empathetic, paired with analytical rigor and the ability to align stakeholders who do not naturally collaborate. I work nationally, both virtually and on-site.
